Her students have earned top competition honors and continued their studies at many of the nation's finest conservatories and universities.

Who does Dr. Lee teach?

Dr. Lee teaches school-aged students through advanced pre-college musicians. She accepts interested beginning students 
She seeks students who are genuinely excited about learning, willing to practice consistently, and able to commit to a regular weekly lesson time. Strong family support is an important part of every student's success.

What subjects are taught besides piano?
Each lesson is comprehensive and includes:

Dr. Lee believes that developing complete musicianship is every bit as important as learning individual pieces.

Are there recital and other performance opportunities?

Yes.
Students enjoy numerous opportunities to perform throughout the year.
In addition to studio recitals, students frequently participate in competitions and festivals sponsored by the
  • Northern Virginia Music Teachers Association, 
  • Maryland State Music Teachers Association,
  • Washington Music Teachers Association.   along with other community  events, these help them develop confidence and poise as performers.
